About Business Development Manager

Indospace Group is a vertically integrated OEM, ODM & Contract Furniture Designer and Manufacturer serving global markets. With brands like Triconville and Hobufa, we deliver premium lifestyle collections, scalable solutions, and end-to-end support to retailers, distributors, and project partners worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Trade) to strengthen our presence in Indonesia and build long-term partnerships with retailers, and trade partners.

What You Will Do

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with retailers, and trade partners across Indonesia.
• Drive sales growth through B2B partnerships, wholesale channels, and dealer networks.
• Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for different regions within Indonesia.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and consumer trends.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and trading agreements with partners.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align collections with partner needs.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback.
• Represent Indospace Group at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

What You Will Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or trade distribution (furniture, lifestyle, or related industries preferred).
• Strong existing network of retailers or trade buyers in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and deliver results under deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
