About QA Head

Develop, lead, and institutionalize the Quality Management System (QMS) across all centers.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement Quality Standards (products, services, facilities, safety, compliance).
  • Manage standardization and continuous improvement processes.
  • Lead internal audit programs and QA/QC teams.
  • Understand 5R & Leadership Spirit and Problem Solving.
  • Understand and have ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) certification.
  • Understand how to use MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Review findings, manage root cause analysis.
  • Lead monthly “Quality Review Meetings” with stakeholders.
  • Integrate Quality KPIs into the Operational and Facility dashboard.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 6–10 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational auditing (preferably in the furniture, retail, or export network industries).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO-based or internal QMS frameworks.
