About Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the brand’s image and reputation. This includes managing the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and positioning, as well as monitoring and responding to customer feedback. A Brand Manager’s primary goal is to ensure that the brand is perceived in a positive way by customers and that it remains relevant in the marketplace.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy: The brand manager will develop and execute plans to ensure the consistent representation of the company’s brand in all aspects of the business, including product design, packaging, advertising, and marketing.

  • Conduct market research: The brand manager will conduct market research to gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform and guide brand strategy.

  • Oversee product development: They will collaborate with product design and development teams to create and launch new furniture products that align with the company’s brand and strategy.

  • Manage marketing and advertising campaigns: The brand manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns that promote the furniture brand and drive sales.

  • Build brand awareness and loyalty: The brand manager will work to build brand awareness and loyalty by developing relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and employees.

  • Monitor brand performance: They will regularly track and analyze brand performance metrics, such as sales, market share, and customer satisfaction, to ensure that the brand is meeting its goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The brand manager will work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure that all aspects of the business support the brand strategy.

What You Will Need

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • You have prior experience in Brand Management.

  • Prior experience with a global furniture company is a plus

  • You have strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers.

  • You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker.

  • You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
