About Business Unit Wholesale B2B Head

Responsibilities include developing and executing the business unit’s strategy, managing its budget and resources, leading and developing staff, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating performance, identifying new opportunities for growth, and representing the business unit in internal and external forums.

What You Will Do

Leadership and Strategy :

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the IndoSpace Wholesale/B2B unit.


Global Distribution :

  • Oversee the expansion of our distribution network globally, ensuring our brands and products reach new markets and dealers.


Sales Management :

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales team meets revenue targets and market expansion goals.


Brand Management :

  • Ensure the consistent representation and promotion of IndoSpace brands across all markets. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective brand strategies.


Supply Chain Management :

  • Directly manage supply chain operations, leveraging our factory to ensure efficient production, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.


Quality Control :

  • Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency through rigorous quality assurance processes in our factory.


Market Analysis :

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and adjust strategies accordingly.


Customer Relationships :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and partners. Address their needs and concerns to foster long-term partnerships.


Inventory Management :

  • Work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the availability of products to meet market demand without overstocking.


Financial Oversight :

  • Manage the business unit’s budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with overall company goals.


Team Development :

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Compliance :

  • Ensure all business operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.


What You Will Need

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Unit Head or similar role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting to ensure financial stability.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions such as finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.
  • Strong analytical ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving aptitude to overcome challenges.
  • Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
