About Contract Division Head
As a Contract Division Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the furniture product category within our company. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, maximize profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure the success of the furniture category. Your keen market insights, strong leadership skills, and understanding of customer needs will play a crucial role in shaping our product offerings and overall business growth.
What You Will Do

Developing strong relationships within the furniture community.

Promoting the brand and portfolio to the owner.

Increasing sales through the project specification.

Maintaining and servicing existing accounts generating significant sales growth.

Identifying and developing new accounts, securing new business, and long-term relationships.

Managing multiple accounts and developing positive client relationships.

Supporting and attending business events, trade shows, etc.

Arranging and carrying out company and product presentations to clients/prospects.

Limited national travel may be expected.
What You Will Need

Ideally 5 years plus experience in commercial furniture; interiors markets.

Established relationships across the community.

Proven record in delivering specification sales.
