About E-Commerce Head

The eCommerce Head is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s entire B2C eCommerce operations, focusing on maximizing online sales, improving the customer experience, and ensuring the overall success of the online sales channel.

What You Will Do

eCommerce Strategy and Planning :

  • Develop, execute, and refine the eCommerce strategy in alignment with company objectives.

  • Set specific eCommerce goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

Webshop Management :

  • Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the eCommerce website.

  • Ensure a user-friendly and responsive website that is optimized for search engines.

  • Merchandising and Product Management.

  • Manage the product catalog, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.

  • Implement strategies to optimize product presentation and sales.

Digital Marketing :

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

  • Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Data Analytics :

  • Use data and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and sales trends.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve eCommerce operations.

  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

  • Oversee delivery logistics to provide a seamless customer experience.

Budget Management :

  • Manage the eCommerce budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.

  • Market Research and Trend Analysis.

  • Stay informed about eCommerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in eCommerce management and online sales.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
