About Global Business Relationship Manager

Establish and maintain connections to and between internal units or external clients with the goal of encouraging an efficient, positive workflow. Serve as a liaison who synchronizes the work of multiple teams, staff members, or external contacts. Identify potential areas of conflict and create proactive solutions, while also resolving existing challenges. also includes evaluating current processes to pinpoint opportunities for improved revenue or increased productivity.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct discovery meetings, prepare presentations, follow up on client contacts and implement solutions.
  • Optimize strategic partner and affiliate conversion funnels, collaborate experiments and tests.
  • Lead activities and facilitates relationships with business leaders and teams independently.
  • Effectively assemble and lead an advisory team of partners in addressing client needs.
  • Follow a disciplined relationship development process by identifying steps/strategies necessary to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Manage client communications calendar, including newsletters, customer satisfaction surveys, client engagement webinars and plan updates.
  • Provide routine rounding with business, ensuring ongoing communication with business partners, understands business functions and assists with business priority definition.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of how the core business areas’ applications and support systems are structured, how various components and parts interact, as well as what protocols and interfaces are used for communications and cooperation between components.
  • Implement defined sales processes with prospective and existing clients.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the wood, or furniture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the wood, and furniture markets, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
