About Inventory Manager
Plan and execute an inventory tracking system for supply chain inventories, Liaise with different suppliers and do a cost analysis to get the best prices and rates, Document the inventory movements and report them to the upper management, Make sure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, keeping in mind quality and inventory control, Recruit, train and manage a whole team of warehouse workers and ensure and audit the inventory control of the tasks that they perform, Maintain safety in the warehouse, by adhering to the company safety policies and national regulations according to the legal standards.
What You Will Do
Inventory Operations :

Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Inventory Optimization :

Develop and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce excess stock, and minimize stockouts. Implement best practices for inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Data Analysis :

Monitor inventory data, analyze trends, and generate reports to inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to improve inventory accuracy and performance.
Collaboration :

Work closely with the production, sales, and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with business demands. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Supplier Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent supply.
Technology Integration :

Leverage technology and inventory management software to streamline operations and improve inventory visibility.
Compliance :

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to inventory management.
Team Leadership :

Lead and develop the inventory team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to processes.
What You Will Need

5 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or related fields.

Knowledge of furniture construction and manufacturing is a plus.

Ability to work as part of multiple cross-functional teams.

Furniture development/sourcing experience is a must.

Need very strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
