About Mechanical Head

Responsible through the implementation and coordination of all mechanical maintenance activities and processes to achieve optimum operational plan performance within agreed cost targets and time limits.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, depending on the size, scope, and nature of the projects and the organization.
• Establishing the vision and strategy for the department, allocating resources and budget, hiring and training staff, setting standards for design and development, reviewing and approving deliverables, troubleshooting technical issues or risks, collaborating with stakeholders, staying up-to-date with trends and regulations in the field, and pursuing opportunities for innovation.
• All of these are essential to ensure successful mechanical engineering projects.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Have a professional engineering license and certification.
• Have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of the business goals and the customer needs.
• Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
