About PPIC Head

Responsible for overseeing the production planning, inventory control, and scheduling processes to ensure efficient operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves analyzing data, forecasting demand, and implementing strategies to optimize production and minimize costs.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Manage and maintain accurate production schedules and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of production planners and schedulers.
• Implement and maintain production planning systems and tools.
• Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review production performance and address any issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to production planning and inventory management.

What You Will Need

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job post.
• Experience in using Accurate systems or related production software.
• Strong management skill, interpersonal communication skill.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced.
• Ability to identify production problems and take appropriate action.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the production team, management and other related parties.
• Have the ability to follow established planning, quality control and inventory management procedures.
• Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
