About QA Head
Develop, lead, and institutionalize the Quality Management System (QMS) across all centers.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement Quality Standards (products, services, facilities, safety, compliance).
- Manage standardization and continuous improvement processes.
- Lead internal audit programs and QA/QC teams.
- Understand 5R & Leadership Spirit and Problem Solving.
- Understand and have ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) certification.
- Understand how to use MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Review findings, manage root cause analysis.
- Lead monthly “Quality Review Meetings” with stakeholders.
- Integrate Quality KPIs into the Operational and Facility dashboard.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational auditing (preferably in the furniture, retail, or export network industries).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with ISO-based or internal QMS frameworks.
