About Sales Head – OEM Division

As the Sales Head – OEM Division you will be a member of the Leadership team and will own the overall strategy for managing and Sales Operations globally. Leading a dynamic leadership team, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, order management and customer service that support the business strategy, objectives, and budgets.

What You Will Do

  • Profit and Revenue Generation: Overseeing initiatives to achieve financial targets from both new and existing client relationships across various market sectors.
  • Market Strategy: Directing the development and execution of strategic market analysis, including competitor and segment studies, to enhance business performance.
  • Financial Planning and Control: Managing the planning and monitoring of departmental budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and cost management.
  • Sales Performance: Guiding the fulfillment of sales objectives on a recurring basis.
  • Product and Client Management: Leading sales efforts for all products, across a range of clients and industries to meet domestic revenue goals.
  • Client Satisfaction: Supervising the design and implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to support improvements in client satisfaction.

What You Will Need

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing roles, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
