About Sourcing Division Head

We are currently seeking a Sourcing Head. This role will be responsible for sourcing developments across Indonesia from design handoff to purchase orders. Analyze and deliver accurate pricing to a product that meets the original objectives.

What You Will Do

• Managing the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of furniture across Indonesia.​​

• Managing procurement activities for furniture & decoration categories.

• Identify potential vendors and develop a thorough understanding of the factory matrix; strengths, weaknesses, competencies, quality levels, etc.

• Establishing strategic relationships across vendor base and looking out for additional avenues of procurement with a key focus on cost and quality management.

• Collaborate with QA/QC and Compliance teams to ensure our company standards are met.

• Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

What You Will Need

• 5 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or related fields.

• Knowledge of furniture construction and manufacturing is a plus.

• Ability to work as part of multiple cross-functional teams.

• Furniture development/sourcing experience is a must.

• Potential travel up to 30% of the time- Experience in developing long-term supply relationships.

• Need very strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
