About Upholstery & Cushion Head

Handles the renovation and repair of upholstered furniture, replacing fabrics, fillings, furniture components, restoring furniture, as well as creating custom upholstery pieces.

What You Will Do

• Ensures sufficient stock of required materials/fabrics and supplies are in stock.
• Repair or replace materials/fabrics.
• Replace backrest and cushion covers.
• Replace foams and repair backrest frames.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all upholstered material, furniture, and finishes.
• Execute projects and tasks as assigned and dispatched.

What You Will Need

• Knowledge of tailoring, stitching, carpentry is a must.
• Good practical, operational, interpersonal skills with a flair of creativity are a must.
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Upholsterer.
• At least 5 years’ experience stripping and installing new layouts on all table and repairing or re-upholstering chairs, sofas, and upholstered wall panels.
• Working knowledge of all phases of upholstery repair and renewal.
• Read and comprehend required documents.
• Willing to be placed in a branch of our factory.
