About Designer Industrial Designing Head

Responsible for re-engineering a new product, concept and materials product.

What You Will Do

• Developing new solutions for new products and ranges, supporting research, conceptualization, and visualization of new ideas.
• Upgrading existing products and evolving ranges to improve quality, processes, and materials focused on sustainability goals.
• Delivering production drawings, bill of materials, and installation instructions.
• Dealing with product inquiries and orders, setting up and maintaining products on the company ERP system.
• Maintaining a 3D and 2D CAD library of products.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years experience in the indoor furniture industry.
• 5+ years experience in product engineering.
• 3+ years of experience re-engineering a new product.
• A collaborative leader, leading by example and encouraging team members to innovate, improve and solve customer needs.
• Experience with furniture and related categories.
• Adaptable, with a hungry-to-grow mindset.
• Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Willing to visit the factory 2 times a week.
