Yes. Indospace Group manufactures outdoor furniture using Indonesian teak, valued for its durability and natural resistance to outdoor conditions. We ensure proper material preparation and finishing to support long-term performance. In addition to teak, we are open to alternative materials depending on project requirements, including other hardwoods, metal, woven fibers, and performance-grade outdoor components under one roof.

OEM Furniture Manufacturing

We offer flexible MOQs with no strict minimum for custom designs, starting as low as 25 pieces per item depending on complexity and materials. Our dedicated OEM lines allow scalability, making it easier for brands to test collections or launch smaller runs while benefiting from competitive pricing as volumes grow.

The production lead time is typically 10-12 weeks (from design approval to shipment), depending on order size, materials, and finishes. Metal units provide shorter times of 8-10 weeks.

For faster needs, we have our own furniture lines, enabling quick ship options with delivery in as little as 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Our 150,000 m² warehouse in Kudus helps reduce your storage costs while supporting rapid fulfillment. Transparent progress updates and dedicated account support further ensure reliable, on-time delivery with minimal delays.

Our in-house R&D team (designers, product engineers, and material experts) handles the full bridge from your ideas or sketches to production-ready reality. We refine concepts, create detailed drawings, optimize for manufacturability/cost/durability, and select from our extensive library. You get seamless, brand-perfect production-ready files with minimal revisions and no technical hassle, so you focus on your brand.

Manufacturing & Materials

We prioritize premium materials (FSC-certified wood, powder-coated aluminum, water-based paints, and top-tier leather/fabrics) and hotel-grade durability (tested for 100,000+ opening cycles, high-density foam, and reinforced structures). We combine traditional techniques with modern machinery for precision and strict adherence to international durability and safety benchmarks.

Yes, our R&D team and material experts welcome new or client-specified materials. We evaluate compatibility, source/test options (e.g., alternative woods, fabrics, metals, or composites), and adapt seamlessly. Provide your requirements, and we’ll conduct feasibility checks, prototypes, and optimization to deliver innovative, brand-aligned results without compromising standards.

Yes. We are committed to sustainability and implement eco-friendly practices across our operations. This includes FSC-certified wood, water-based finishes, and run self-sustained kiln-drying chambers powered by wood waste (sawdust and offcuts) for a closed-loop, low-emission process. Larger wood chunks and production leftovers are repurposed into Finger-Joint Laminated (FJL) boards, transforming potential waste into stable, high-quality engineered material for furniture components.

We’re ready to incorporate recycled or additional eco-friendly materials to match your brand’s values.

Quality & Export

We maintain ISO certifications, FSC certifications for sustainable wood sourcing, SMETA certification for ethical manufacturing. All products meet export requirements for key markets. We undergo regular audits and are open to third-party inspections to verify compliance.
